Terms of Service

By accessing or using ALLI Recon, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

ALLI Recon is reconciliation software for Philippine e-commerce. It reconciles marketplace payouts and courier COD remittances, proposes journal entries, and posts them to the ledger you connected for that workspace, your Xero organization or your QuickBooks Online company, once they are approved, either by you or by a posting schedule you switched on (see section 6). A workspace can instead be set to export its reconciled data to a Google spreadsheet you own, in which case approval confirms the data and nothing is posted to a ledger.

The service is provided by ALLI Recon OPC, a one person corporation organized under Philippine law with registered office at 21st Floor, Unit 2116, Park Triangle Corporate Plaza North Tower, 32nd Street corner 11th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City 1635 (the operator). Your agreement under these terms is with ALLI Recon OPC.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to use ALLI Recon for any unlawful purpose, not to infringe the rights of others, and not to attempt to breach the security or data isolation of the service or access data that is not yours.

ALLI Recon connects to Xero, QuickBooks Online, Google, online marketplaces, and couriers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. By connecting an integration, you authorize ALLI Recon to access and act on the relevant data using tokens you can revoke at any time.

ALLI Recon is a tool that assists reconciliation. It is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice. You and your accountant remain responsible for the accuracy of your books and for your tax filings.

By default, nothing posts to your ledger automatically. ALLI Recon proposes journals, and a person on your side approves them before they post.

You can switch on scheduled posting for a workspace. It is off unless you turn it on, and you can turn it off again at any time. While it is on, ALLI Recon will automatically approve that workspace's cleanly reconciled marketplace payouts and post them to the ledger you connected, with no human review, every morning at 5:00 AM Manila time, or every Monday morning if you choose the weekly setting. Payouts with a reconciliation error, an unresolved variance, or an unmapped account are skipped and left for you. COD remittances are never auto-posted, and no other kind of journal is ever posted on a schedule.

Whether you approve each journal yourself or switch on a schedule, the decision to post rests on your professional judgment.

ALLI Recon, including its software, design, and the ALLI brand, remains the property of the operator, ALLI Recon OPC. These terms do not grant you any ownership of the service. Your data remains yours.

Access to ALLI Recon may be subject to fees. Any fees, and the terms that apply to them, will be disclosed to you before they take effect.

ALLI Recon is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator, ALLI Recon OPC, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold the operator, ALLI Recon OPC, harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms.

You may stop using ALLI Recon at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms or where required by law. We may also pause changes to your organization's books when a subscription invoice remains unpaid past the due date stated in its notice; your data stays readable and exportable throughout, and payment restores access immediately. On termination, the data handling described in the Privacy Policy applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

We may update these terms as the product and our legal structure evolve. When we do, we will revise the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
