Reconciliation automation for Philippine e-commerce

Your clients' marketplace payouts, reconciled to the peso, ready for your books.

ALLI Recon turns Lazada, TikTok Shop, courier COD remittances, and your own website's payouts into clean, reconciled, BIR-aware data, ready for Xero or your own books. Built for accounting firms managing online-seller books, and for the sellers who want their numbers to actually tie out.

The problem

The deposit never matches the sale.

Payouts arrive net of everything

A ₱128,400 sale lands as a ₱110,852 deposit after commission, transaction fees, vouchers, and refunds. Reconstructing that, payout by payout, is where evenings disappear.

COD is a black box

The courier remits a lump sum days later, short a few orders, and nothing tells you which ones.

Tax season is reconstruction

Receipts, screenshots, and payout reports that never quite agree, assembled by hand the week before filing.

How it works

Follow one sale from the buyer's door to the bank.

These are the steps the product actually takes, in order. Click through at your own pace.

What the marketplace owes you₱128,400.00

No money has moved yet. The sale is on the books and the marketplace owes you for it.

Sample figures for illustration, not a real seller's books.

Step 1 of 6

The parcel reaches the buyer, and the sale counts that day

The day the goods arrive is the day the sale is recorded, at ₱128,400.00, and the marketplace now owes you that money. This sale belongs to June even though the payment lands in July, so your profit shows up in the month you actually sold rather than the month you were paid.

What it does

Four things, done precisely.

01

Payout-summary reconciliation

Every payout, whether from Lazada, TikTok Shop, or your own website's payment processor, is broken into its parts (gross sales, commission, transaction fees, vouchers, refunds, withholding) and reconciled against the deposit that hit the bank. The journal we post matches the deposit to the centavo, or it doesn't post.

02

COD remittance matching

Upload a courier's COD remittance and ALLI Recon matches it order by order against what was expected. Shortfalls, variances, and missing orders surface as exceptions to resolve, not a number you have to trust. Purpose-built for how Philippine couriers actually remit.

03

BIR-aware classification

Income, platform fees, and adjustments are classified with Philippine tax treatment in mind, so the books that reach Xero are ready for filing, not a generic export you have to re-code.

04

Cost of goods and true margin

Give ALLI Recon your product costs and it posts cost of goods alongside every payout, using weighted average per SKU with freight captured as landed cost. A missing cost is flagged as an exception, never costed at zero, so your margin is real rather than optimistic.

Every journal is reviewed and approved by a person before it posts. Nothing reaches your ledger on autopilot.

Sources

What ALLI Recon connects to today.

Each source says what it actually is, whether it is connected or not. If a marketplace is not on this list, it is not connected.

  • TikTok Shop

    Connected

Connect your seller account and settlements arrive on their own, with past months available to backfill.

  • Lazada

    Connected

Connect your seller account and settlements arrive on their own, with past months available to backfill.

  • Shopee

    Not connected yet

There is no Shopee connection today. If that changes, this page will say so before anything else does.

  • Courier COD

    You upload the file

Upload the courier's remittance and ALLI Recon matches it order by order, so a shortfall is an exception rather than a mystery.

  • Your own website

    You upload the file

Upload your payment processor's payout file and it reconciles exactly like a marketplace settlement.

For accounting firms

Built for the firm doing the books.

ALLI Recon is accountant-led. One login spans every client's books, so a firm can reconcile a roomful of online sellers without living in fifteen separate seller dashboards.

One portal, every client
Switch between client workspaces from a single login, each isolated and reconciled the same way.
Review, then post
ALLI Recon proposes the journal; your team approves it. The audit trail records who approved what, and when.
Look sharper to your clients
Hand back books that tie to the bank, and a clear answer to “where did the money go” for every payout and every courier.
Your ledger stays honest
Every posted journal is checked nightly against Xero. If someone voids, deletes, or edits an entry there, ALLI Recon tells you rather than letting the books quietly drift apart.
You stay in control
ALLI Recon does the matching; your professional judgment posts the entries.

For direct sellers

Selling direct? Your numbers will finally tie out.

You don't need an accounting team to know your books are right.

  • Books that match your deposits, not your best guess.
  • Know if a courier shorted you: COD remittances are matched order by order, so a missing payout is an exception, not a mystery.
  • Selling on your own site too? Reconcile your payment processor payouts the same way, in the same place.
  • No more spreadsheet archaeology at tax time.
Pricing

Priced by the orders you actually reconcile.

Every store is priced on its own monthly orders, so a quiet store costs less than a busy one and nobody pays for volume they do not have. You move up a band only when the orders do.
